Terms of Use

Draft for legal review — the operator’s registered name and address will be added before public launch.

The service

VeDa Driver helps you plan and run delivery rounds with a voice assistant. Purchases in the App Store are also covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Subscription

VeDa Driver full access costs £15.00 a month or £149.99 a year (UK price, VAT included) unless shown otherwise in the App Store before you buy. It renews automatically until you cancel; cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your Apple ID subscription settings (or on the website for a website subscription). Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Driving safely comes first

Follow the Highway Code and the law at all times. Do not handle your phone while driving — use VeDa by voice, or stop safely. Directions, addresses, traffic, weather and arrival times are guidance and can be wrong; always rely on road signs, what you can see and your own judgement.

Company rules and penalties

If your employer or fleet loads its rules into VeDa, any "penalty exposure" VeDa shows is an ESTIMATE from those rules, not a deduction. Your contract with your employer decides what you are actually paid or charged.

Fair use

Do not misuse VeDa, try to break its security, use it to harass anyone, or resell it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

We provide VeDa with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect third-party data (maps, addresses, traffic, weather) or by using the app in a way these terms tell you not to.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
