For fleets

One company, every driver's round

A company links drivers and vehicles so managers can see rounds, progress, exceptions and vehicle checks. Drivers see only their own round.

Roles

Company admin

Creates the company, invites drivers, dispatchers and other admins, and manages the company's settings. Each company gets its own Fleet ID, starting “VD-”, for invites and support.

Dispatcher

Helps run the day: sees the company's team and roles on the Fleet dashboard.

Driver

Sees only their own round. Joins a company by accepting an invite when they sign in.

What managers get

Adding a driver

A company admin invites a driver from the Fleet screen; the driver accepts the invite when they sign in.

Money is shown as an ESTIMATE from your company's own values, kept apart from deductions your company actually recorded.
